Welcome to Villa Rifici. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our restaurant services, website, and facilities located at 308 W Absecon Blvd, Absecon, NJ 08201. By dining with us, making reservations, booking events, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing our restaurant, making reservations, booking private events, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Villa Rifici reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or display at our restaurant. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

DINING SERVICES SECTION

2. Dining Services

2.1 Restaurant Hours
– Monday – Thursday: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM
– Friday – Saturday: 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM
– Sunday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
– 13th Chachis Floor: Extended hours may apply

2.2 Menu and Pricing
– Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice
– All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes where noted
– We reserve the right to refuse service or limit quantities
– Special dietary requests accommodated when possible but cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation

2.3 Payment Terms
– We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards
– Payment is due upon receipt of services
– Gratuities are at customer discretion
– Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

RESERVATIONS SECTION

3. Reservations

3.1 Reservation Policy
– Reservations are recommended but not required
– Reservations held for 15 minutes past scheduled time
– Large parties (8+ guests) require advance booking
– Special seating requests accommodated when possible

3.2 Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations accepted up to 2 hours before reservation time
– Large party cancellations require 24-hour notice
– No-show reservations may result in future reservation restrictions
– Same-day modifications subject to availability

– Party size changes may affect seating arrangements
– Time changes subject to restaurant capacity

4. Private Events and Banquet Services

4.1 Event Booking
– Private events require signed contract and deposit
– Event spaces subject to availability
– Minimum guest counts may apply for certain dates
– Final guest count required 72 hours prior to event

4.2 Payment Terms
– Deposit required to secure event date
– Final payment due upon completion of event
– Payment plans available for qualifying events
– Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in event contract

4.3 Event Policies
– Outside food and beverages prohibited without prior approval
– Decorations subject to restaurant approval
– Client responsible for guest conduct and damages
– Events must conclude by agreed-upon time

5. Facility Use and Conduct

5.1 Customer Conduct
– Customers must conduct themselves in respectful manner
– Disruptive behavior may result in removal from premises
– Damage to property will result in repair/replacement charges
– Villa Rifici reserves right to refuse service

5.2 13th Chachis Floor Sports Bar
– Entertainment venue with separate policies
– Age restrictions may apply for certain events
– Noise levels appropriate for sports bar environment
– Special event policies may supersede general terms

5.3 Outdoor Dining
– Outdoor seating subject to weather conditions
– Reservations may be moved indoors due to weather
– Outdoor areas close at restaurant discretion
– Smoking prohibited in all areas

LIABILITY SECTION

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Limitation of Liability
Villa Rifici’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or personal injury not caused by our negligence.

6.2 Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
– Customers must inform staff of allergies and dietary restrictions
– We cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation
– Cross-contamination may occur in kitchen operations
– Customers dine at their own risk regarding allergen exposure

6.3 Personal Property
– Villa Rifici not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
– Customers responsible for securing personal belongings
– Lost and found items held for 30 days
– Valuable items left unattended are at customer’s risk

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Trademarks and Copyrights
– Villa Rifici name, logo, and materials are protected intellectual property
– Customers may not use our trademarks without written permission
– Photography/videography for commercial use requires approval
– Menu items and recipes are proprietary information

7.2 Customer Content
– Photos and reviews posted by customers may be used for marketing
– Customers grant Villa Rifici right to use submitted content
– Inappropriate content will be removed
– Privacy settings respected on social media platforms
